DESCRIPTION: An item to be held by a Pokemon or as an accessory. Wearer gains HP back each time they deal damage to an enemy.

A strange stone that when held a Pokemon, prevents its evolution. This item is often needed by Pokemon whose evolution is potentially dangerous, could have unknown effects, or the Pokemon is distressed by evolving.
