DESCRIPTION: An item to be held by a Pokemon or as an accessory. Used to boost the Speed and Attack/Special Attack of Pikachu, but due to experimentation, now works on any "Pikaclone", including evolutions.

USAGE: Move to a Pokemon's inventory to "equip".
