RogonStorage Units cannot have numbers chosen for them and will obtain theirs based on registration order.

Remember that Outsiders can only have basic mutations (shiny, heterochromia, piebald, chimerism, albinism, and melanism), and Partial markings (but not too many extra markings). Eye colour can be anything. Hair is special and counts more as a stylistic choice, so different colour hairstyles with additional "markings" in them will still make it "Partial" markings but will have way more wiggle room. Ability category will be either Standard or Hidden.
At a later date, it might be possible for Outsiders to be genetically modified and given different typings, abilities, mutations, etc. But as of right now, they are limited.
Outsiders will automatically be given a number and cannot have them reserved.
